Ranking up progess

As you were saying, Adminastrators, you rank up by being nice, spelling good, posting forums and recruiting. Maybe you could make a certain amount of posts, recruites, etc. needed to rank up to the next level. And you could make a bar (like the level of bad behavior bar) stating how much you need to rank up (Kind of like Call of Duty). This might be time consuming, and maybe there might be no need for this, but hey, It's only a suggestion, If its not possible I understand.

Example you need
-5post for private
-10post for Corporal and so on.

2.The bad behavori bar is the bar at the very bottum that says points:
0/100

3.I check on people and make sure everything is right ^^ a.k.a knowing that you have a certain amount of post or members
